Yes, we prioritize both beauty and efficiency. Many of our fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs, and some collections feature integrated LED technology for optimal energy savings without compromising on light quality.
Ordering & Account Information
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and expedite future purchases.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive instructions to create a new password within minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

Where do you ship?
We proudly offer seamless global delivery to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our network covers North America, Europe, Australia, and many other regions.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed within 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping
How can I track my order?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping options beyond our standard methods. Our premium carriers typically deliver within the estimated time frames.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original purchase (following our return policy) and place a new order.

Yes! Every KIRA Lighting product comes with clear, easy-to-follow assembly instructions. Many of our fixtures also include all necessary hardware for installation.
What if I’m missing parts or receive a damaged item?

Do you provide professional installation services?
While we don’t offer installation services directly, our fixtures are designed for straightforward installation by qualified electricians. We’re happy to recommend local professionals in your area upon request.
