While we meticulously craft and inspect each fixture, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our lighting collections.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (uninstalled, unused, with all original packaging and tags)
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened electrical components or installed fixtures. This includes items from our BATHROOM LIGHTING and OUTDOOR LIGHTING collections that show signs of installation.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification of the status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return is processed, with no additional shipping charges if the exchange is for an item of equal or greater value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened electrical components (wiring, transformers, bulbs)
- Custom or special order items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Items showing signs of installation or use
- Final sale items (if applicable, will be noted on product page)
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using the original shipping method (DHL/FedEx for Standard Shipping, EMS for Free Shipping) to ensure proper tracking.
