Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Shipping times may vary for international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KIRA lighting purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward while maintaining our high quality standards.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (uninstalled, unused, with all packaging)
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened electrical components (wiring, transformers, bulbs)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items showing signs of installation or use
  • BATHROOM LIGHTING and OUTDOOR LIGHTING items that have been installed
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is damaged/defective

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll review your request within 2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely repack the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification of the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
